CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is designed to preserve both my time and resources. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of the service cost, and less than 2 hours notice or a no show will result in a charge of the full cost of the service, as this ensures we can effectively manage our schedule and continue providing quality service to all clients. I’ve had the privilege of being a lash artist and business owner for over eight years and it’s my dream career. The one-on-one personal care I provide for my clients every day and also doing work that adds to their confidence are my favourite parts of my job. I also love educating myself on current services and taking new courses from the best in the business to be able to add to my services list as well as improve my current skills with new techniques.
I consider myself very lucky to have a partner who supports me unwaveringly. My son with his pure kind heart and daughter with her beautiful tough side inspires me to push myself and be a role model for them. I also have a love for true crime, iced coffee, and of course my sweet puppy Mulder!
